Shipping

We offer $30 flat rate shipping for non-bulky items up to 80cm in length. Deliveries are registered as regular mail through Australia Post.

Delivery times from Papulankutja to capital cities in Australia is approximately 14 days, but may take longer. Local pickup may be possible from community, or from Alice Springs.

Bulky items & international orders will require a quote. You can optionally request Express shipping.

Refunds & Returns

If your selected artwork is significantly different to what you expected, you have 21 days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact us directly to request a return.

Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and packed in the original packaging or equivalent. You must also provide proof of purchase.

We will notify you on the status of your request. You may also choose to exchange your purchase for an item(s) of the same value.

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
