Thank you for shopping at Papulankutja Artists.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 21 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, if the artwork is significantly different to what you expected

Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and packed in or equivalent to the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once received, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned

item.

After inspecting the item we will notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within five days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If your return is approved you may exchange for an item (or items) valued at a similar price.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item to Papulankutja Artists.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you chose to exchange we will pay return shipping costs.

Item must be shipped by the original shipping service. Contact us to confirm return shipping address is a must.
